四天減六磅飲食組合

第一天

早餐        蘋果三個、烏龍茶一杯

午餐        什果沙律一碟、烏龍茶一杯

晚餐        清湯一碗、灼菜一碗、三條香蕉

瘦身守則

1.          每日至少喝八杯清水

2.          早上十一時及下午三時各吃一個蘋果(連皮)及喝一大杯清茶

3.          每晚睡前用掌心按小腹十次,刺激腸臟蠕動,幫助排出廢物

4.          任何蔬菜可用清雞湯白灼再加少量調味
